Elegant Paperclip Chain Bracelet

So comfortable, very pretty, not overly chunky..perfect!

I had at first chosen the paperclip chunky necklace. I tried 2 different sizes. They were so beautiful but I am in remission for lung cancer and I use oxygen, so the necklace had to go under my tubing. Couldn't see it at all. My daughter suggested the bracelet with the hummingbird and hammered heart. Received those and immediately ordered another one with the dragonfly. I used different size circular clasp. My next will be the diamond chain bracelet. You are an outstanding company with the best customer service I've ever encountered.

WOW! I saw their ads on social media & immediately placed an order. Their merchandise is beautiful & the quality seems to be really great, especially for the price. Upon going through my order though I realized that I had received an “L” charm instead of the “K” I was supposed to receive. I sent them an email (I did include a picture of the wrong item) late in the day on a Friday. Saturday morning I had a reply that the correct charm would be sent out immediately, as well as another email that was a new order for the correct one at no cost. No mention was ever made anywhere of sending the incorrect item back to them, they just made it right with no more questions from them & no more effort on my part. That kind of customer service is nearly unheard of these days. Thank you so much!
