If you have any issues with your purchase, please notify LINK Necklaces on receipt of your goods. Please include your order number, name and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Changed your mind?
No problem. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods and tell us whether you want to cancel the order and receive a refund or exchange the item. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery charges you may have been charged at the time of ordering or pay for returns postage.
We will issue a refund for the full cost of the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for any personalized items (engraved or stamped items)
Wrong Product / Faulty goods?
In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please email us as soon as possible and we will send the correct goods. We will also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the original item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund including the original postage upon receipt of said items.
In short, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full cost of the item minus the return postage.
We recommend a tracking service when returning products as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses. We will however always try to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Lifetime Circular Closure Warranty
Those circular closures included with your chain are the center pieces of the LINK concept. Life isn’t complete without them. In the rare case that your clasp breaks or no longer does its job, make sure to contact us so we can send you a replacement at no cost.
