If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, simply send it back within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full cost of the item minus the shipping costs.

- Email us the order number: email@example.com, specify your order number and name of the item you are returning.
- Post the item within 14 days of receiving it. Items cannot be returned after this 14-day period.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.
- We will confirm receipt of the item by email and refund you the full cost of the item minus our original shipping costs.
- Returns must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages and sent in their original packaging.
- Returns must be sent to the address included in your package with a trackable method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS).
- Please note that customized items are not eligible for returns.
- We recommend insuring your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot issue a refund in such circumstances.
- On the rare occasion that you receive an item which is damaged or not what you ordered; we will refund you the full value of that item.
