PROCESSING TIME DURING OUR SALE

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from the NY with USPS and UPS. However there are some countries we are unable to ship to. Please note there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for payment (scroll down for more information).
Shipping costs and speed within the USA: USPS only

Import duties and/or taxes international shipments
For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Taxes and duties are assessed by customs and other local government entities, not by LINK Necklaces. The recipient is responsible for payment.
- All our products have been given a so-called international HS code to enable international shipping. According to these codes the rates range from 0% to 5.2% depending on your purchase. Other than import duties the destination country may also charge local sales taxes. Taxes and duties are assessed by customs and other local government entities, not by LINK Necklaces. If you believe import duties have been wrongly calculated you'll need to reach out to your government agency to get it re-assessed.
- The CANADA- UNITED STATES - MEXICO agreement (CUSMA). All our products have been given a so-called international HS code to enable international shipping. What are your shipping times?
These are our estimated shipping times (plus 2 to 3 business days processing time). Please note that delivery times as shown during checkout are NOT guaranteed by USP or USPS.
* USA: 1 - 7 days (depending on selected shipping method)
* Canada: 1 - 15 days (depending on selected shipping method)
* Other countries: 5 -28 days (depending on selected shipping method)
Where is my package coming from?
Packages are all shipped from our studio in NY State through USPS or UPS.
Processing your order
If in stock, your order is processed within 2 to 3 business days and then shipped to you immediately. Personalized jewelry orders will be shipped out 7 to 10 business days after the order has been submitted. We are closed on weekends and all national US holidays.
Processing special orders
Special order products will be shipped out 7 to 10 business days after the order has been submitted. Special order products will be labeled as such.
Shipping your order to APO & FPO destinations
Your order will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail® and arrive to APO & FPO processing center within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. From the point your package reaches the processing center, delivery to you will depend on military postal service.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. Depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as spam. Check your “Spam” or “Junk” mail folder periodically. What if my tracking number is not available?
It can sometimes take up to 2 days for your tracking number to be generated. If you haven't received a tracking number after this time or if the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us so we can solve it.
Order cancellation
Changed your mind? If you want to cancel or change your order, for any reason, please contact us ASAP and make sure to include your order number. We promise we will try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. We can’t change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. If your order can’t be canceled, and you still don’t love it after its arrived — just return it to us according to our return policy.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above or mentioned during checkout. For international orders these delays are caused mostly by customs that we cannot control. Delays are sometimes also caused by internal processes within UPS or USPS, and also something we cannot control or influence. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. Always feel free to reach to us if you have any questions.
Missing package
It is rare that a package is lost, but it does happen occasionally. And it's not uncommon for packages to show up a few days later. It's always a good idea to contact your local post office to ask if they perhaps know what happened. Unfortunately we have no control over the service of the USPS.
As a small business we can't simply replace lost packages immediately. We need to follow certain steps in order to claim it on our shipping insurance. Most of our customers are thankfully understanding for which we are very grateful.
And don't worry if your package is missing. You will get your order, but it will just take a bit longer. In order for us to file a claim with our insurance, you first need to let USPS know your package is missing.

We will ship the new package as soon as the insurance has started processing the claim. The processing of the claim starts after you have filled in a brief online insurance form. This only takes 30 seconds and you will receive a link to this form from us via email.
In short - if you submit the online insurance form the same day of receiving it - your new package will usually ship within 3 business days after forwarding us the USPS email confirming you have filed a missing package.
