Processing orders & customer service
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday excluding US national holidays, and we are available on those days from 9am to 5pm EST.

We want to get your order to you as quick as possible! We usually ship orders out within 2 to 3 business days. During holidays and sales please allow for 4 to 7 business days for your order to ship.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from the NY with USPS, UPS or DHL. However there are some countries we are unable to ship to.
Shipping costs and speed within the USA: USPS only

International shipping costs and speed: DHL or UPS
(Plus 2 to 3 business days processing time)
Import duties and/or taxes international shipments
For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Taxes and duties are assessed by customs and other local government entities, not by LINK Necklaces. The recipient is responsible for payment and the costs (if any) will show at checkout.
What are your shipping times?
These are our estimated shipping times (plus 2 to 3 business days processing time). Please note that delivery times as shown during checkout are NOT guaranteed by USPS, UPS and DHL.
* USA: 1 - 7 days (depending on selected shipping method)
* Canada: 1 - 15 days (depending on selected shipping method)
* Other countries: 5 -28 days (depending on selected shipping method)
Where is my package coming from?
Packages are all shipped from our studio in NY State through USPS, UPS or DHL.
Processing your order
If in stock, your order is processed within 2 to 3 business days and then shipped to you immediately. Personalized jewelry orders will be shipped out 7 to 10 business days after the order has been submitted. We are closed on weekends and all national US holidays.
Processing special orders
Special order products will be shipped out 7 to 10 business days after the order has been submitted. Special order products will be labeled as such.
Shipping your order to APO & FPO destinations
Your order will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail® and arrive to APO & FPO processing center within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. From the point your package reaches the processing center, delivery to you will depend on military postal service.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. Depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as spam. Check your “Spam” or “Junk” mail folder periodically. To track your order click here for the USPS website and enter your tracking number.
What if my tracking number is not available?
It can sometimes take up to 2 days for your tracking number to be generated. If you haven't received a tracking number after this time or if the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us so we can solve it.
Order cancellation
Changed your mind? If you want to cancel or change your order, for any reason, please contact us ASAP and make sure to include your order number. We promise we will try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. We can’t change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. If your order can’t be canceled, and you still don’t love it after its arrived — just return it to us according to our return policy.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above or mentioned during checkout. For international orders these delays are caused mostly by customs that we cannot control.
Sometimes USPS, UPS, DHL experience frustrating delays. LINK Necklaces unfortunately has no control over delays once the package leaves our studio. Please reach out directly to the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL) to see if they can update you on any delayed items. If for any reason these items do not arrive in the next few days, please let us know at contact@linknecklaces.com.
Missing package
It is rare that a package is lost, but it does happen occasionally. And it's not uncommon for packages to show up a few days later. It's always a good idea to contact your local post office to ask if they perhaps know what happened. Unfortunately we have no control over the service of the USPS.
As a small business we can't simply replace lost packages immediately. We pay for shipping insurance for all our orders (we don't charge our customers) and we need to follow certain steps in order to file a claim. Most of our customers are thankfully understanding for which we are very grateful.
And don't worry if your package is missing. You will get your order, but it will just take a bit longer.
Delivered, but you didn't receive it?
Missing or in transit?
- Contact your local post office to ask if they perhaps know what happened.
- Wait a few days as it is not uncommon for packages to show up a few days later.

- MISSING package: USPS considers a package lost 20 days after its original shipping date. This means we have to wait 20 days before we can submit an insurance claim and ship a new package to you.
- DELIVERED, but not received: We can file an insurance claim after a few days
We will ship the new package as soon as the insurance has started processing the claim. The processing of the claim starts after you've filled in a brief online insurance form. This only takes 30 seconds and you will receive a link to this form from us via email.
