How fast does it ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our studio in Harrison, NY. USPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days to your doorstep. Need it sooner? Orders placed before 11am EST (Mon–Fri) with Priority or UPS shipping ship the same day. Learn more here.

Are the pendants interchangeable across chains?
Yes. Every LINK pendant fits every LINK chain. Mix, match, and restyle endlessly with the same chain.
Will it tarnish?
All gold and silver-plated jewelry will eventually tarnish over time - no matter where you buy it. That said, our pieces are designed to last and are tarnish resistant.
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering or swimming, though the occasional dip is fine. With good care, you can enjoy your LINK pieces for a long time.
What chain length should I pick?
It depends on where you want yo☺ur necklace to sit. 16" and 18" sits at or just above the collarbone and is the everyday favorite. 20" falls just below and is great for layering. 24"and 28" gives you a longer look and slips over your head (24" can be snug for some). 32" and 40" is extra long - wear it down or wrap it for a layered look.
