Refund policy


Changed your mind?
No problem. We accept returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery via the payment method used for the purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery charges you may have been charged at the time of ordering or pay for return postage.

We will issue a refund for the full cost of the unworn items within 7 days of receiving them (but we aim to process your refund as soon as we receive your package). After that it can take your bank up to 10 business days to deposit it back into your account.

* Any items from our Treasure Box Sale (Clearance Sale) are final sale - returns not accepted
* We do not refund items received outside the 30 day return period
* Gift cards and storage boxes cannot be returned
* International orders are not supported by our return system and are allowed at the customer's expense.

* Once received and processed, your refund goes back to your original form of payment

Once the 30-day window has passed, return requests can no longer be made.
* Returns received after the 30 day return window will be issued a store credit.
* Wholesale orders are not returnable

How to return items?
Use a bubble mailer to return the unworn items and include a note with your name and/or your order number. There are two ways to return items.

ONE: Log into your LINK account (no password needed) by clicking here and request a return. This will give you the convenience of printing a USPS return shipping label at home. 

  • $6.95 flat rate return shipping via USPS - includes tracking
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund amount 
  • No restocking fee
  • Final sale items: Treasure Box sales items cannot be returned
  • Gift cards and storage boxes cannot be returned
  • Once received and processed, your refund goes back to your original form of payment
  • This option is only available for returns within the USA

TWO: You can purchase a return label from a carrier of your choice and use the return address below to return your items. We recommend a tracking service when returning products as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses. We will however always try to help to resolve any issues.

Promotion Information (free products)
If you are returning an order that included a free product as part of a promotion, please ensure the gifted item is included with your return.

  • If the free product is not returned, your refund will be adjusted to deduct its retail value.
  • If you return part of your order and the remaining amount no longer qualifies for the free product, your refund will be adjusted accordingly to account for its retail value.
  • If you return the free product or an item identical to the free product (in any metal variation), no refund will be issued, as the free product has been returned.
  • Gifted products cannot be exchanged.

All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotion code may be required upon online checkout. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.

Exchanges
Prefer a longer chain or different pendant? This is considered a return, as we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) as explained above, and submit a new purchase with your preferred item(s). 

Issues with your purchase?
In the rare instance there are issues with your purchase, please email us as soon as possible and in any event within 10 days of receiving the order so we can help solve it. 

International orders
Not happy with your purchase and living outside the USA? You will need to purchase a return label from a carrier of your choice and use the return address below to return your items. We cannot accept return requests as these require a USA address as we use USPS (post office) as our carrier. We recommend a tracking service when returning products as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses.

In short, we are all about happy LINKing and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full cost of the item.

WARRANTY
We’re committed to creating high-quality pieces that are made to be worn and loved, which is why we offer a 1-year warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers any issues resulting from a defect in materials or workmanship - like a faulty clasp or chain that breaks unexpectedly. If your piece qualifies, we’ll repair it at no cost, or replace it with a product of equal value if we no longer carry the original item. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, tarnishing, scratches, or damage caused by water, perfume, or improper care. It also doesn’t apply to lost or stolen items, or to pieces that have been altered or repaired by anyone outside of LINK.

If something goes wrong within that first year, just reach out with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it’s been more than a year, feel free to reach out anyway - we’ll always do our best to help, and may be able to offer a discounted repair or replacement. As always, we’re here to help and want you to feel confident every time you LINK up.

If we send a replacement piece under our 1-year warranty, the original warranty period still applies and does not restart. However, if anything seems off with the replacement itself, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving it so we can make it right.
