If you have any issues with your purchase, please notify LINK Necklaces on receipt of your goods. Please include your order number, name and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Changed your mind?
No problem. Please return the items to us within 30 days of receiving the goods. We only refund items that are in new condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery charges you may have been charged at the time of ordering or pay for returns postage.
We will issue a refund for the full cost of the goods within 14 days of receiving them (but we aim to process your refund as soon as we receive your package).
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for any personalized items (engraved or stamped items) or items from our Treasure Box.
Please use the return address that is printed on the top left of the shipping label on your package. If you can't find it, please send us an email with a request for the address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd love to hear the reason for your return #justcurious.
Issues with your purchase?
In the rare instance there are issues with your purchase, please email us as soon as possible and in any event within 10 days of receiving the order so we can help solve it.
In short, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full cost of the item.
We recommend a tracking service when returning products as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses. We will however always try to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
