If you have any issues with your purchase, please notify LINK Necklaces on receipt of your goods. Please include your order number and/or name and we'd love to know the reason for the return (#justcurious). All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Changed your mind?
No problem. Return the items to us within 30 days of receiving the goods for a refund via the payment method used for the purchase. We only refund items that are in new condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery charges you may have been charged at the time of ordering or pay for return postage.
We will issue a refund for the full cost of the goods within 7 days of receiving them (but we aim to process your refund as soon as we receive your package). After that it can take your bank up to 10 business days to deposit it back into your account.

How to return items?
Use a bubble mailer to return the items - in new condition - and include a note with your name and/or your order number. There are two ways to return items.
ONE: Log into your LINK account (no password needed) by clicking here and request a return. This will give you the convenience of printing a USPS return shipping label at home.
TWO: You can purchase a return label from a carrier of your choice and use the return address below to return your items. We recommend a tracking service when returning products as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses. We will however always try to help to resolve any issues.
